Superb

Good but not with Free Breakfast option

Right in the center of downtown, good for strolling around. The rooms and the beds are comfortable.

We booked free breakfast option, but it is not a straight forward process to have it. The breakfast was good, but we had to claim back with the hotel front desk since the restaurant is a different entity. And even after reassurance of being taken cared of, you might still be charged, and it would take further dispute later. It was totally not worth it. I would not do it again.

Overall, good stay.

Location, excellent staff, good room, nice breakfast.

Being told breakfast was not included when it was. Having to contact booking.com as hotel argued the point. Messaging hotel and not getting a response.

Breakfast was not included

To have the staff do what ask to be done for my anniversary . I called prior to us arriving to Hotel and asked if they could put something in our room and was not done . I also asked for a late check out and was woke up by maid at 8 am .Then again at 9 am she was banging on the door again . So much for a relaxing morning .
