Exceptional

Fresh and modern hotel in great location

Great and fresh looking loft-type hotel with modern interior. The hotel is well located in downtown and allows easy access to everywhere. The staff was polite and helpful and the breakfast was delicious as well. Parking was available just next to the hotel and it was really convenient.

Parking in this area was rather expensive but it's a city centre so it would be silly to expect free parking.

An excellent value, very close to Sundance

Great location, great stay!

The AC controls were a little weird, so the temp of the room was hard to control. But overall, it was a great stay!

Nice property;poor service.

Nice building in a decent location. Room was large;bed ok.

Where do I start. Staff were poorly trained. Front desk staff were also housekeepers due to lack of staff due to the holidays. One guy split duty between car valet and front desk staff. He should have stayed with the valet since he lacked basic customer service skills. Had to ask twice for housekeeping services and then only brought 3 towels for 4 adults. Needed to request even more toilet paper. We wont be booking this property again.
