No entertainment during the day Entertainment at night was very poor We have been going to this hotel for the last three years we kept coming back because the hotel was lively entertainment was brilliant if I had realised it had changed to adult only I would not have booked

Convenient but not great

The hotel is nice with spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. There is free parking both in front of the hotel and outside of the hotel with plenty of space.

The hotel is quite old and the walls are very thin, so you could hear every movement during the night. The beds are very hard and not comfortable.

Lots of fun. Great staff and lovely people all around us

Very nice hotel. Very clean and great staff. Many thanks to the entertainment staff. You guys are awesome and we love you all. Tamas, Diego, Denise, Queeny and el Jefe. You made our stay something to remember for all times and we cant wait to see you all again 10 stars of 5 possible Love from Iceland

Highly recommend!

Great place to stay during vacation! Clean and comfy rooms, friendly staff, entertainment - everything you need for a pleasant stay. Amazing breakfast with a huge variety of food, drinks and sweets. Nice location, very close to the beach.

Shocking customer service.

Nothing as when I arrived there was no room for me.

When informing us that there was a problem with our room and that we would have to go to a different hotel the staff were rude, unfriendly and evasive. They failed to inform us why there was a problem with the room and attempted to cover up the issue by lying to us saying that we had been selected for a promotion and that this was in fact an upgrade. The receptionist could have handled this situation much better by telling the truth and apologising up front instead of being rude and trying to cover up the reason for the change.
