Great for winter sun , stay within the complex

Huge complex with lots to do. Room was fantastic a great size. Gym is really cool with an indoor outdoor vibe. Nice variety of restaurants within the hotel. Great frozen cocktails :) spa was fantastic and the quality of the massage was incredible.

The location was just not to our taste. La Caleta is a much nicer location up the coast. Depends what you are looking for. Staff within the Club Lounge were a bit rude on numerous occasions. The food in here couldnt also be a bit healthier .

Lovely, lovely hotel! Would 100% recommend and would return. Gorgeous setting and pool, and nice to be right by the sea.

WiFi was a bit slow (I wouldn't want to have tried to work). Very expensive for the time of year (New Year), so wouldn't visit for this period again (although true of anywhere in the Canary Islands).

Lovely break in a beautiful resort

This was a lovely resort - beautifully designed, an amazing warm pool and many different spaces to spend time in - some with beautiful views. The size of the property meant it never felt over crowded - but more a peaceful oasis from the rather touristy area / beaches nearby. The breakfast buffet was amazing, as was the dinner buffet. We didn't include the latter in our room option but ended up eating here nearly every night. The games available - table tennis, pool tables, table football game etc, were enjoyed by myself and my 10 year old son. Close to the beach and a lovely clean room. We would stay again.

The location of the hotel is outstanding. The resort is like a wonderful oasis. The staff is extraordinary, kind and helpful. The prefered club was a good idea, We loved the live music. I recommend to everyone!

The exterior aesthetics. The hotel is really nice to look at. The breakfast selection is good, although not so good for those that are celiac. The gym views are great. The Christmas decorations were tasteful.

Theyve got rid of the sea pool which we didnt know when we booked it. In all honesty we probably wouldnt have come back if we knew that it had been demolished (this was our 3rd visit in 5years). The fact it was being demolished also meant there was loud building works during the day and a green screen along the outside which hid the sea view from the promenade outside the hotel. The drain blocked in our room after a 30 second shower and flooded the whole bathroom and hallway and we had to get the maintenance guy to come and fix it, and clean up. Two of the restaurants in the hotel was permanently closed, including the one which was next to the sea pool. My mum and dad were in an accessible room the opposite side of the hotel to the lift that accesses the pool and restaurants so it meant having to go to the other side of the hotel every time they wanted to access something as we were told we couldnt access it through the lift near to their room.

Breakfast has a great variety of food, and the hotel's staff is very polite and friendly. The territory of the hotel is very clean, and stylish, great pool, ocean-view gym, spa.

The food and drink were beyond 4star standard.

High overcrowding in the preferred area. Not big enough for the amount of preferred rooms clearly on site. To make the preferred area better I'd suggest a small infinity pool where there plant bedding is around the edge of the area. Building work on going by the water edge The suite overlooks the gym area which is beautiful however being woken up by the zumba or yoga class at 0800 isn't fun
