Our stay was ruined by the food being cold and awful so we had to spend extra money eating out.

Good variety of fruit for breakfast

Food was always cold and if mentioned to staff was shown how to use the microwave Food was of a poor quality for breakfast and for dinner

- The rooms and terrace are very spacious - The dinner buffet is great. There's a fair amount of variation with oriental, French, Italian... nights.

- The restaurant is an unpleasant space to be in, much more resembling a school canteen than a cozy restaurant. There's almost no natural light and a lot of echo/noise. There is no option to eat outside - There's nightly entertainment/live music outside next to the pool from 9.45 to 10.30. After that there's music until about midnight. The podium was right outside our window and it was absurdly loud (even with earplugs and noise cancelling headphones). To their credit, they gave us another room the next day when we complained without much discussion. Still, a bad night and having to switch rooms is an unpleasant experience that the hotel knowingly puts their guests through when they assign these rooms. Better safe than sorry: Take a room WITHOUT pool view.

We loved it

We loved the staff! They are so so lovely and friendly and nice! I never visited hotel with all Of the staff so lovely ! Food was so good too! Actually better than last year! Delicious! The bar and restaurant staff were so lovely we feel like we stayed with someone we know for the whole time. They took extra mile at work and definitely deserve best feedback!!!

I like the variety of food and drinks, room was good and clean. Roof solarium is amazing with beds Very close to beach and restaurants

-In the evening were music and entertainment but mostly for kids I feltbthat I am at kindergarten place but nothing for adults, no dancing for adults...kids were everywhere playing until bar was closed (23:30) It should be that kids should go to bed at 10PM! or they should be not allowed to go to bar!...they were screaming all the time and running. -We had bed with some plastic under sheet that made noice during move. it was very annoying when trying to sleep... -I didnt like plastic cubs for drinks outside and for coffe... -I didn like basic glass for drinks inside was look like daily glass it should be more fancy -Drinks were good except ready cocktails -Big bed was accually a two samall bed connected together -Cold water in the pool

I liked the hotel its nice, they just need to sort a few things out. Most of the staff are lovely and helpful.

Its location

The food was ok but not great for a vegetarian for example when I asked for an omelet they used the same spoon for all the omelet fillings (ham and cheese) Some items said they were vegetarian but they had fish in.

We just coped and spent most times outside.

The food was good, location was central.

The staff need better training in dealing with guests, they were not helpful. Dinner for half board was drinks exclusive with exorbitant charges for drinks. No kids activities, they run a kids club that runs for 15 to 30 min session and worse off mostly at night. No tour or intro or information provided to guests on what's available to use at the hotel. The warm internal pool comes at a charge, not clearly communicated upon booking. No towels provided at external pool side, you go back to the reception desk to pay for it. A little more effort in running will make it guest friendly and not overly basic.

Very good

Great location, staff and food was good.

Instead of wrist bands it was cards. So even for a drink of water you had to have you card with you at all times. Especially when with children, I think wrist bands work a lot better
