Very poor

one of the worst stays in Dubai and luckily, I managed to enjoy outside with friends.

I have been in Novotel several times in the past and I am an Accor member. it was way below my expectations and money does not worthy at all. The best of the hotel is his great location.

Novotel World trade center Dubai was known for his breakfast which was not the case this time. food quality was really bad. I informed the chef since day one without success (coffee, very bad, old bread, burned pastries, unfriendly staff with the Exception of Mr WAN who deserves a lot of gratitude he was the only person doing his best to find solutions I got whatever room left which was not conformable for the family. upon arrival I had to wait for long time to get a driver to park my car and a helper with my luggage. coffee was not available in the room

The worst bed ever extremely uncomfortable and bad bad pillows have terrible backaches. Complained daily and nothing much was done they tried to add blankets on top of mattress, making it even worse!. Dirty carpets. Faded white towels. Staff at concierge refusing to hail cabs for us and doing it for others.....total discrimination bordering on racism. Been to Dubai many many times. This was our worst ever stay.

The location for the hotel was near to the Dubai International Exhibition center so was very convenient to attend the event for which I travelled the hotel.

Very Good

the staff very polite, the facilities very good, cleanliness perfect, the location of quite good. If you're traveling for work in Dubai, it's the perfect place to stay. Also something that impressed me was that inside the hotel there is a minimarkert with some products you need which stays open late and there is also a bar and cafeteria inside the hotel.

My only complaint is that the breakfast needs improvement, it was good but not enough choices.

Great location

Great location for the Big 5 show, even though it's walking distance but its about 1 km. to exhibition. Best hotel in the area and we will definitely go back again next time.
