Stay was good and comfortable

I didn't get complimentary breakfast inspite of paying 7500. Which i didn't like Also whatever order we gave, I had to pay then and there which was odd. We pay at the time of checking out but here it was not like that

It had nice positive energy.

Some Of the the white dress staff at the reception are not good trained or good fit for manning the reception, they have no good idea about talking with customers. However the regular blue dress personnels looked better trained.

Avarage stay

View from room was very nice. Food was very tasty and there's a good variety in buffet. Ambience was good. Receptionist Avanti was very polite,helpful and customer friendly.

In room dining was very slow. They did not provide any English movie channels after repetative requests for 3 days...we got totally boarded. Where in the modern world, everyone is using smart TV, so from a five star brand hotel we at least expect HD channels, if not, they should at least provide the requested channels to the customers.

Beds are not comfortable specially pillows , my neck is still paining and also at reception while checking and checkout its taking long time , less staff is there at reception.
