Superb

Great service and value for money!

Friendly, helpful staff and the location is great! Super close to the metro. We walked to the Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty from the hotel. We left our bags after check out to enjoy the city a little more and they took great care of them.

The fabric on the headboards in the bead was coming off and the carpet felt a little dirty, but nothing bad to complain about, just keep it in mind if youre a little picky. Overall a great stay.

Great hotel entrance & nice rooms Nicely located in Soho The hotel helped us book a taxi to the airport at reasonable rates - which we appreciated

At the reception, the staff was not friendly and sounded very rude, specifically upon our arrival. The food at the restaurant could be better - it did not taste good The bathroom glass door in our room was broken The bathrooms at the reception were very dirty - which was disappointing

Superb

Nice design, clean, nice music in the hallway, staff were friendly

On the 8th floor there was no WiFi availability after we requested for a new room it was immediately granted. And from the windows there was a cold breeze.

Such a charming hotel, exceeded my expectations!

Everything- perfect location, staff was lovely, room was comfy.

Only wish there was a keurig in the room, other than that it was perfect.

The hotel was nice and clean and had a good location.

The staff was not receptive and willing to help when an issue arrived with over billing on my hotel stay. I shouldn't have to argue or fight with anybody or explain myself for charges that shouldn't have never been on my account, especially when it deals with my money that was taken for me I felt that, the staff didn't care because it didn't happen to them so it was like whatever I thought that was very unprofessional and not somewhere that I would like to stay again

Passable

I probably wouldn't stay there again especially for the price.

I liked the location and the room service speed.

The staff was either non-existing for check in/ check out or rude to customers (not me, but I overheard a heated conversation). My room was freezing cold despite me turning up the heat and the walls were extremely thin. I was woken up several times in the night by my neighbors coming home for their night out and talking loudly in the hallway/ room.
