Beautiful

As good as the other reviewers note and as pictures suggest. The place is nice, tidy, well equipped. The highlight is definitely the pool and the hot tub. And the host was super nice and helpful

The dishwasher didnt work but probably fixed by the time I write this.

Awesome Host

I am pretty impressed with the host. The location is not in a great area of town. I am speaking from experience this is high call area for Law Enforcement. The house is beautiful. The pool is very nice. I love the big screen tv in every room. the showers are a little small. The host is awesome very responsive to questions and turning on the spa. The backyard is a dream oasis very relaxing. The house over all is very beautiful. I would change a few things if I own like the small twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. I would allow access to the alarm system so you feel secure in the home as well as the camera. The automation in the house is awesome.

The host should not charge 150 cleaning fee for the house. I own properties as well and this is a turn off to people. What I do is tell the individuals to strips all of the sheets and empty the trash. The rest is simple to clean and complete. I did not like not having access to the alarm system. This provide security to my family.

Excellent location, lovely sized house, cute garden with pool. Lovely hosts who were available at all times. We couldnt turn on the shower, got in touch and someone was at the door to help within 10 mins. Thankyou for a lovely stay

Absolutely fantastic

The villa is fantastic, great location and neighbourhood, spacious, clean, great facilities, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. the host is always contactable and friendly and we will definitely return... the washing machine and dryer were superb especially as LA was our 2nd destination on our holiday so was lovely to be able to make use of these facilities. The Pool and Hot tub are also fantastic and all the little touches the host has around make it feel very welcome and homely.

Amazing and I will definitely book again.

No keys needed. It's an excellent location for Universal Studios. Near Walmart and Target for grocery needs. If visiting Hollywood this rental is an excellent location. The property is very nice! It was very clean. The backyard is amazing with plenty of tables and chairs. The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing. The kitchen is wonderful.

The only thing I didn't like is that the dishwasher was down.
