Great Resort in a beautiful setting.

I enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and the natural setting of the resort. The beach was beautiful and the sand was soft. Overall, we both had a great stay.

I would have liked a bit more available food options, but the ones that we tried were very good.

Food is costly in the hotel. Only way to go out for other options is by taking the hotel transport which cost about S$55.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms.were comfortable. TV needs to upgrade, especially when lacking night entertainment. Food at Kelong was good.

There was no entertainment in the evening. Even a 1 man band would have been nice. The pool.area needs music. The pool.bar was non functional. Guest was left to figure out themselves what to do. Food was not up to par. Basics like fried rice, noodles, did not have much taste. Did not see 1 local dessert at the coffee house or menu. Local kuehs should be a must! There was a rhino park nearby but was not mentioned to us. Maybe organise a 'pasar malam' to town during peak season. Calypso bar was dead! That should be setup as an attraction.

Excellent resort stay!

The resort was self contained. You had everything you needed there. Just stay and enjoy.

Aircon seems to be a bit warm and food pricy.

A good getaway experience

The staff have provided an excellent service in explaining and sharing about the local attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Bottled water was also provided, to keep us hydrated. Shuttle bus services was provided to bring us around the resort.

Though the seafood at Kelong Seafood Restaurant was fresh, however it was on the pricey end.

Basically Everything needed to pay & nothing is free beside swimming in the pool. Even playing table tennis also need to pay.

Superb

Overall good tay except for Hotel Guest car booking

Overall is okay. In terms of facilities, transport and restaurants.

Hotel Guest Service for booking taxis for day tours is bad. They want to charge for big car and ended up showing small car which by right, should be cheaper. They dont want to change the price. We cancelled the trip from Hotel.
