Superb

Great stay but no kettle and free teas/coffee in room

Elegant, modern room. Clean and spacious - it also had a balcony. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious - plenty of choices.

Sadly no kettle or teas and coffee. Quite disappointed such a hotel not to offer one to their guests. Didnt like that.

Great Hotel, short walk to the train station and value for money

Location was perfect, only a very short walk to the station. Hotel was clean and the staff a delight to deal with. Have stayed in other NH hotels and they never disappoint . Even met the Modena FC Owner & Manager.

I Like the service provided by the manager and staff, I arrive at night but even thou there was no twin bed the manager in charge still went above and beyond to convert a double bed to a twin bed. and as my dad needed hot water, they provided us with a kettle even thou the room didn't have one.

Good hotel, modern and traveler-friendly.

Best hotel we stayed in while traveling around Italy. Most hotel rooms are small and dated, this one was very American-esque.

Priceyit was really the bare minimum by American standards, but very nice compared to other hotels.

Good check in and helpfull staff at the reception

Breakfast buffet was closed befor the annoncer time. Even the coffee machine was dismanteled befor time.

Excellent hotel in Parma!

The room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. There was also a nice terrace. Breakfast was rich and excellent. There is a big parking lot under the hotel, very convenient and the parking price was reasonable. Located just by the train station, a walking distance from all the places of interest. Excellent value for money.

The only drawback was the air-conditioning system, which is centrally controlled from the reception for some reason, and you have to call them every time you want to change the temperature, which is very inconvenient...
