Typical business hotel. Good quality

Good standard hotel for a restful night in a well setup room. Good Aircon and clean .

It was good apart from the spiders and spiderwebs and a very rude employee

The room and the hotel was over all very nice and the breakfast was good

The gym and the hallways on the 0 floor were filled with spiders everywhere For a whole evening, night and morning our air conditioner was not working. I came down to the reception to let them know 3 times and everytime the employee said that according to his computer the AC is working, like he didnt believe me. The room was extremely hot and humid the whole time which made it hard to sleep. The third time i came down to let him know it still wasnt working he sighed and was very rude and raised his voice saying do you want to switch rooms?! And i said cant you just try to fix the AC and he just screamed at me do you want to change rooms or not?!?!!! It was very rude and it made me feel really bad. The next day another employee finally called maintenece that figured out the problem and fixed it

Beautiful inside and great staff but bad location for tourism

The hotel is new, big parking and electric charge is available; the decor inside is new and beautiful. Staff were kind and helpful. For being a 4 star, I didnt like that we had only a pillow each, no bathrobes and unbranded and small bath products

Mainly the location. It must be great for business and for a conference but not for visiting Parma. It is in the industrial area and walking to the centre is not nice and one must cross the ramp to the highway; around just large industrial sites and car dealerships

very clean, excellent staff and service, plenty of parking, one star Michelin restaurant in same area and the bistro in the hotel serves well priced and tasty food.

Breakfast could have been a little better. Bathroom amenities need to be better quality.

I do not recommend this hotel

I don't even know if there are any points that could be classified as positive. Probably free parking and fairly friendly staff. Otherwise, unfortunately it turned out to be the worst hotel in our long trip to Italy.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is necessary to go to the city center by car or taxi, since at +36 it was simply impossible to walk. First of all, we saw fire hoses and fire equipment absolutely everywhere, they hung on the floors, lay on the floor, and some strange dirty rags also hung, as if they were drying. And we thought that maybe there was a fire in the hotel recently, which I asked the employee about, but she said that this is just a prerequisite for all hotels, but over the past 10 nights we have visited 10 different hotels and have not seen this anywhere. The room was ok, but not clean. Very dusty and you can see that the cleaning was "superficial". From under the bathroom, all the water flowed onto the floor and flooded the entire floor with water, which is why after a shower I had to crawl and wipe the floors from water. The room next door was open all 2 days, all the windows and doors were open there, and I always thought that something had happened there. The worst was the lobby toilets, clogged toilets and an incredibly creepy smell. It was in the evening. What my surprise was when at breakfast the next day I tried to go to the toilet and could not go even further than the threshold, because everything remained the same, only it was filled with some kind of detergent on top. Other people also resented having to go up to their room to go to the toilet. Breakfast, in my opinion, is very poor, dry pastries, terrible coffee from the machine, which is impossible to drink, as a result, we got into the car and went to have breakfast in the city.
