Dirty and disgusting rooms, hair in bathroom, dirty windows, mirrors

Absolutely nothing

Dirty rooms, loud building, sounds of lift, pipes, just about everything, mattresses old and through Tried to have a brief team Meeting in a quiet corner of the lobby, we sent away by a very rude janitor who was in charge according to himself Rest of the lobby was taken by medical congress, space was obviously not available to other hotel guests really disappointing stay

Superb

Comfortable modern hotel on the edge of central Florence

Large, clean room in a modern hotel. Comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was good. The hotel is a long walk or a short bus ride from the historic center of Florence. This location doesn't have as much character or density of shops and restaurants as the area closer to the center, but we did find a cafe and a grocery within a few blocks' walk. Our room overlooked a park and had a balcony, which was pleasant (although there was nothing to sit on outside). There was traffic noise from the multilane road across the park, but the windows and balcony door provided excellent sound insulation - no noise with them closed. We chose this hotel for comfort, not character, and were very pleased with it.

Good location for visit to Florence but expensive for what it offered

Location was great and reception staff were excellent. Room was on the small side but quite small

Breakfast and bar staff were too few and room was small. Dinner menu was poor. Cleaning of communal areas seemed a bit hit and miss

Very good

Agreeable but a bit overpriced.

The Room was enough spacious, the Bed was comfortable, the view to the Arno and Park was lovely. Breakfast was average but nothing was missing there. The view from Terrace on the Top is really amazing. And the stuff was really friendly and always ready to help.

We had to wait until 16:00 (one hour longer than official check-in time) so that our room gets finally clean. And in the end the bathroom wasn't particularly clean (the marble part on the bathtub had some stains and the bathroom floor some spots as if they were leftovers of an old chewing gum).

Dont stay at fully occupied hotel.

Access from airport is good. Clean and tidy. They have bath tub with hot water. Breakfast is good and enough. Staff is so kind.

Large group tour occupied areas and staff were too busy to take care of them. PC at reception didnt work and I couldnt get receipt. Roof top bar wasnt open.

Exceptional

Pleasant, cool hotel with friendly staff.

The location was perfect, only 10 minute walk to the city. Hotel facilities were very good and the reception staff and restaurant staff were all helpful. Rooms very good size and clean.

Unfortunately the person that cleaned our room didnt leave us tea, sugar, milk and toilet paper. We had to ask reception.
