It was Ok

Location was great and staff were friendly .

There was a smell in my room that u reported and they said they will send someone to fix it but the smell didnt subsided. The heating in the room was overwhelming and i couldnt find a controller to reduce it so i had to open the window during the night to balance the temperature.

wonderful location and very kind staff

The staff has been very useful and kind.Location is fantastic and breakfast good. Unfortunately the hotel has no gym,which could easily build in one of the empty (and almost useless) space you find in each floor.It is important to have a gym because in the future this request will increase !

A hidden gem in Florence. We will stay here again.

Excellent location next to Uffizi museum and pont vecchio. The dining hall is beautiful, and the free breakfast is one of the best that we have ever had. The staff are friendly, and rooms are clean. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a great view of the Arno river, the bridge and the duomo. They also provided a free pajama shirt with hotel logo.

Exceptional

This is a hotel I would like to revisit again in the future. The city is beautiful in the winter.

The Location is great. Once you exit the Hotel, within 30 seconds you are on lively roads with shops, cafes, restaurants and museums as well. The Location is really great if you like to walk in a lively roads and streets. The People of this city are very helpful and peaceful. We did not have any issues and enjoyed our 4 day stay. The service in the hotel is exceptional from the receptionist to the concierge to the restaurant and housekeeping. This is one of the few hotels that exceeded my expectation and my expectation is usually high as a frequent traveller. The rooms are well designed using a modern twist of classical italian style. My kids loved their room as well.

We did not have issues to write about. We had to request for the kettle and cups. It would be nice to have them in the room without asking for them like many other hotels we stayed in. However, once we requested them, they were delivered. Perhaps this is a policy of the hotel.

Fabulous location, friendly staff

Fantastic location with friendly helpful staff. Parts of the hotel are a bit dated but we had a fabulous newly decorated room with everything we could need.

Some parts of the hotel could be updated, but otherwise everything was fantastic.

Loved staying here!

This is a pretty boutique hotel that has a great location on the river next to the Pont de Vecchio. The employees were friendly and helpful and the property was immaculate. They even have a nice bar that actually overlooks the Duomo, and it also offers a great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I have is that the mattress on the bed was extremely hard.

An absolutely delightful stay at the Orafi!!

This hotel ranks as one of the best we have ever stayed in. The cost was at the upper end of our budget, but no regrets AT ALL! The location right by the Arno, and one minute to the Ponte Vecchio bridge was perfect.We could be across the bridge in a few short minutes. There are plenty of shops and restaurants on that side of the bridge too. The Ufizzi is right by the hotel,as well as the very famous Piazza de Signora. Everything we enjoy in Firenze was within a 20 minute walk. The hotels staff were wonderful, cheerful, helpful and very welcoming. The room itself was very spacious, with a bathroom that was nice and large, which is rare in Europe! They refilled the excellent toiletries every day, which was much appreciated. The bed was very comfy, with extra pillows that were just the right firmness! We even had a little terrace looking over the Arno River, and the bridges- spectacular sights early in the morning or at sunset. There was a mini bar if we needed a beverage, but prices are always a bit high, so we dont partake. There was enough room for us to fit our own bottle of wine. The one and only amenity we would have really wanted and used wouldve been a coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast had everything one could have wanted, and an ample supply. The breakfast staff were very cheerful and accommodating. The only thing not available were made to order omelettes, but we really didnt care; there were many other choices available. All in all, I was patting myself on the back for choosing to stay at the Hotel Orafi, and we definitely will plan to stay here on our next visit to Firenze! If you find yourself in Firenze, dont even think twice, just book this hotel!

Hmmm uh let me think only the lack of coffeemaker, but not a biggie, bec they were happy to give us a cup for the room while we got ready for breakfast
