Hotel Sanders is a lovely boutique hotel with a perfect location in Copenhagen. The rooms are comfortable and the common spaces have a cozy atmosphere. The terrace on the top floor is fantastic. The (Read More)staff, including Ariel, Vito, Sarah, Louis, and Logan, are friendly and helpful. The restaurant has good service but the breakfast could be better. Noise can be an issue in rooms facing the street. Overall, a highly recommended hotel with exceptional staff.

Lovely hotel in Copenhagen

Great location and the very best staff. So friendly, very international and helpful! Lovely rooms with plenty of space to unpack and really relax. Pretty bar area and quaint terrace. We enjoyed a special wine pairing dinner for NYE which was fantastic.

Pleasantly surprised

This was a surprise! I didnt expect to love the hotel as much as I did. The room was beautiful and the hotel interior is amazing! Location also was very close to the center of Copenhagen so that was a plus. Will always come back!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

The room was small and gloomy and no bath. The shower was leaking on its joints and there were no tea making facilities in the room. There was no dinner/lounge facilities for guests as full of people who were not resident.

Location was great. Cocktail bar was very good (staff and drinks).

Some of the service elements did not live up to expectation based on star rating and price. One day despite leaving the please make up my room sign out, we returned at 3pm and it had still not been done. On another occasion we were made to feel a bit unwelcome when we wanted to sit in the lobby for a drink as we had a toddler and pram. We offered to put the pram down and were told to take it to our room (it felt a bit like they would rather we just left).
