Good

We booked this last minute as our flight out of BA was cancelled and rearranged for the next day. It was a great location and good value for money. Large room and good bathroom.

The check in took a really long time (45 minutes queueing and checking in). There were only 2 staff at reception at what I would think was peak check in time. The hotel seemed to have a much longer process than any others with a lot of paperwork, slowing the process down hugely.

Avoid at all cost

Nothing really, faded hotel with the worst staff I have ever encountered.

Room not ready at 15h, stalling without saying why we could not enter room, had to pay before seeing the room (at 15.30), by orders of the General Manager, who upon request was not available. Also very rude reception and bellhop staff, five people doing absolutely nothing and mocking us. Room not ok, showerhead would not stick, not very clean. Really Not Nh worthy, completely not up to standards of Minor hotels. Worst customer service ever.

The location is great, so close to everything, found the prices of the food in the hotel expensive so ate out once l got to know where to go .

The staff, especially Silvia who was amazing, the facilities and breakfast with its extensive and delicious choices. It was also close to shops and coffee shops. Check them out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful

We had several rooms as we had to extend our stay. One room had ripped curtains and another room had a shower head that was not attached securely. But overall our stay was quite comfortable

The location is great,close to the green,blue, and purple line subway and the Plaza de Mayo .There is a bakery next door. The room is apacious and clean.

The bathtub is rusty and needs to be replaced. The breakfast is awful. Hygiene of the restaurant is a big concern. You won't want to have dishes when the flies are already dining.

Perfect

The front desk staff were exceptional. It turned out that there was a Presidential Inauguration ongoing for the day we needed to get to the cruise port terminal so taxis could not get to the hotel. The desk staff called a taxi for us and carried my bags three blocks to meet the taxi he called for us and insured the driver knew where to take us. Above and beyond!
