Very different from the service we had had 30 years ago when I came with my parents and sisters

The beds were confortable and the housecleaning was impeccable. The location is vert good if its your first visit to NY. The room we had (two queen beds) was spacious.

Waiting one hour and a half to check in, at a very late hour, staff quite unfriendly and who did not explain that the 168 dollars of service I had to pay on top of the price of the room were supposed to be used during our stay, one of the two key passes never worked, our bathroom sink was clogged (but they came fast to repair it), the room had no view and no daylight in spite of having paid for a high-rise room, no possibility of heating baby food if your are not a member of the Membersclub (the microwave is in the Members lounge) very long line at the food place with not very friendly staff and at one point a major mistake in our order (which they fixed but I had to wait for quite some time again), our bathroom door got stuck from the inside, the bedroom door lets in cold air, all the sounds from the corridor, and so much light into the room at night, the toilet flush was very old and difficult to use. And on our last morning, wake-up call came knocking on our door by mistake at 6:30 in the morning

Overall we had an enjoyable stay in the city.

The location was spot on. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. The gym was well equipped.

The price you pay for what you get doesnt seem to line up. Prices of food are very high even for NYC. The line to check in/out at the lobby was always too long. They need more staff there.

Exceptional

The hotel is well located in New York, close to everything. Like the profesiolism of the entire staff. It was just a perfect place to stay.

They did not have coffee in rooms, everything else was just perfect.

I have emailed them and messaged them through booking but there was no response from there side

The bed was very comfortable

When we checked in, the bathroom was not clean, there was hair on the bathtub and the sink there were labels and tags in the bedside drawe Also, after i checked out they have deducted some money from my bank card even though i didnt use anything and everything was fully paid before my arrival

Too much expensive

Room is really poor, no kettle, no services at all, bathroom.old and shower broken. During the check out they charged taxes already paid and "free" Wi-Fi . We had to discuss to have the refund.
