Just OK for a very short stay

The staff made us feel welcome. Overall very clean. Breakfast is good.

Basic room, with just a few hangers. Our window was looking at some electricity generator which was also noisy. Windows wouldn't completely shut, so it was a bit cold. I would say that the room is good for a couple of days Max, and even than it's far from ideal. The rest is ok

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was great and the layout of the building was very nice and clean

The aesthetics and layout of the property was pleasing however the towels in the room were dingy and needed to be changed other than that everything else was great.

Did not like the towels and the bathroom had a dingy scent.

Brand new hotel, clean and with a great complimentary breakfast with a reasonable amount of options, which was a good surprise for us; Staff very friendly; Location is good, near SOHO and Chinatown with yellow and green line nearby.

Helpful staff and local, good breakfast for a good start to the day.

Cleanliness was good. Location was good. Breakfast and gym were also good. Staff friendliness was good.

No body soap in the dispenser, perfection expected at $250 a night, soap was given after requesting it thanks to the receptionist. There was a long wait to be served, not the receptionists fault, another client had dud payment methods.

Wonderful hotel in NYC

Very friendly staff, very modern and clean lobby and room, typical american hotel breakfast and a great location to explore NYC We felt so comfortable, would definitely come back
