Nice hotel but the staff should pay more attention to the customer.

Location ok, clean and warm bedding, hot water in shower,

Lack of heaters in rooms when cold.Breakfast was poor. Also,on leaving the hotel early morning the staff refused to prepare us breakfast. Lack of electric kettel in some rooms.

Perfect property, perfect location, beautiful views, lovely staff!

The location was amazing, it was close to the Bazaar, the shops, museums, transport links. The property was an authentic Ladakhi experience.

Tea and Coffee making facilities could have been placed inside the room.

Unless improved, would avoid the property.

Breakfast was below par.. same - uncooked omlette and poorly toasted dry bread. Rooms were not cleaned properly. No electric kettle as mentioned at the time of booking.. It was kind of a poor deal for me.

Unavailable staff.. For smallest of the work like room cleaning, had to call the owner.

Beautiful view from the terrace to the mountains, the temple, and the palace. Nice room. Good and very calm location. Possibility to fill water bottles with purified water.

There was not much service, probably because of off-season. No English speaking staff.
