Good

I expect better of Marriott, especially their flagship hotel chain.

Good location next to but not in the French Quarter, convenient to other venues. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed.

Hot water in the shower kept cycling cooler, then hotter. Only 2 hooks in the bathroom, and those are so shallow they don't hold a wet towel. No conditioner in the bathroom on the first morning. Very little drawer space in the room for clothes. It was cold outside, and it was hard to get the heat in the room high enough to make us comfortable.

Was my first stay at this Marriott and have to say it will be my new choice of hotels whenever I'm in New Orleans.

There was a little noise from the elevators in my room location. Will request a room further away the next time

Very nice and worth it!

Upon checkout the front desk was so friendly. I wish I had the names of the two young women working thurs nite about 9pm they were sensational!

I think they could have used more help at the lounge bar even thought the servers working were great and worked very hard to service everyone there. It was crowded due to the bowl game on sat and the saints game on sunday

Great location, not worth the money.

Location is very central and close to the french quarter.

On my arrival a staff member charged me twice, claiming she could not see my debit card in their system. I said I already paid through Booking, but she did not listen. I spent the next 3 days trying to get proof that the second payment had been revoked.

Great location, wonderful staff, great quality!

It housed the conference I attended, the facilities were clean and close to downtown for access to wonderful restaurants. The valet parking staff was amazing when my car battery died and ensured I was able to drive home safely.

Good

I hardly ever find hotel beds comfortable, but this one was great. The location of the hotel was also fabulous.

The bathroom in the room was not nice. The shower had very low water pressure, while the sink had insanely high water pressure. I also find it frustrating that we checked out two days ago and still have yet to be refunded our incidental deposit, even though they said at check-out that it would be immediately refunded.
