It was awesome. I loved the nostalgic feel of the inn.

The location was perfect. I could walk to everything and it was still a quiet street. The staff were amiable and helpful. There is also a place right next door open 24 hours for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you want to get something quick to bring back to the room. They also have beer and wine.

The Temperature was kind of hard to control but I was out most of the time anyway.

Would recommend to others for comfortable beds and quietness

It was peaceful there and the staff Tisha was great! Very upbeat and nice lady!

An elevator to go up or down, smoking in the room, a bigger room, a door that was not cracked (off frame). Then when others shut their doors it was loud because they are older regular doors not like other hotels but it was very relaxing peaceful and quiet other than that. Also would have loved to of had breakfast

New Orleans guest house was unpleasant and stressful

Lack of cleaning in common areas. Poor communication with no response to emails or calls. Broken bath, socket and light. A cleaner had left a TV on full volume in the next room which was on all night. Worn bra found under bed. No coffee in the morning as promised. Manager offered a partial refund given our poor experience she said shed call us the following day. We received no call and had to follow up 10 times by phone and email. Eventually we were refunded 1/3 of what was promised. We were upset she lied to us.

Delightful.

The staff was wonderful -- welcoming, helpful, and caring. The location was great, in a nice cozy neighborhood and near the greatest attractions of the city.

I will return but with the understanding it is under going improvements

Location was great. Still able to access the entirety of bourbon street and next to a gas station with everything you could need. Room was cozy and able to get cold. Access was easy. They are expanding I believe so itll be nice to see what they do. I do plan on staying again

It is expected with the age of the place but the back room did have a bit of a smell to it but nothing I cant get past. Construction was ongoing. The sheets had rust on them. The patio could use some landscaping and cleanup.

Disappointing stay, lack of hospitality.

Quiet, reasonably close to a good location. Secure parking ($25 per night). Working air con.

Lack of facilities and staff. Run down and grubby. Overpriced, we paid in region of 100pn. No ice coffee (a flask was left in the afternoon) or drinking water.

Love it all! Dont have a room by the doors if light sleeper.

LOCATION WAS PERFECT!! everything on our to do list was within 2 miles! Staff was amazing! Love the old feel to the place, loved the high ceilings!

Room was smaller than expected, had cosmetic stuff that needed to be done but didnt ruin my trip. Our room was near the entrance so we could hear the door shut every time, heavy sleeper here but light sleepers wont be happy
