Superb

Great hotel, great location, great staff, I love the style of this hotel!

The location was amazing, right in the middle of everywhere I wanted to visit. The staff were so helpful and so nice they really made my stay better. Next time I want to stay in the French Quarter, this is where I'll be staying!

Very disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone.

Location was okay.

Room was shabby, the bathroom was disgusting, we did not even want to use the shower. No house keeping. Bed not made up for second night, we had to ask for fresh towels. Staff on adequate. Very limited facilities in the hotel. Time for a complete remodel I think, it looked run down and smelt dirty too. Off site parking expensive addition.
