Guests had a great time at Natra Bintan, praising the staff service and surprises for special occasions. The lagoon offered various activities, and the food in the restaurant was decent. The rooms we (Read More)re spacious and unique, with outdoor seating and a comfortable bed. The resort was conveniently located near the ferry terminal. Some guests mentioned that the water activities and hotel transport services were expensive. Overall, guests had a fantastic experience and would recommend the resort for a family getaway.

The breakfast spread was wonderful, with a great variety and even varied with my 3 day stay with them.

The safety of the buggies need to improve. On one of the rides, my 4 yr old fell off the buggy while ferrying us from the room to the water park. Although the service recovery was top notch, the driver of the buggy was really too fast when making a turn, which caused my 4yr old to fall off with minor injuries.

We had an excellent Glamping Experience at Natra, camping with all the luxuries one needs.

The food at the restaurant was great. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with local and western food, even have milo powder and you can make your own drinks etc. Service in general was excellent, staff were attentive and friendly, they could speak English quite well. I believe the higher management has inculcated a good culture there that the staff are generally cheerful. Massage is slightly expensive but understand they are an external vendor. Overall, impressed and will love to be back.

Bbq area outside room feels a bit awkward. Many flies around and it was rather dark. Wish there was a shelter or some sort.
