Exceptional

The stay was pleasant despite being inside most of the time because of the rain.

The grounds was beautiful and lush but it was raining most of the time we were there so didnt get to fully enjoy the place. The check-in process was easy and they took us to our room on their little cart.

The room is not fully enclosed so theres always a chance of mosquitoes in the room at night, which is expected, but one side of the mosquito net had Velcro installed incorrectly so it wouldnt remain closed. Just that little opening made it possible for mosquitoes to enter and I had a lot of bites that night.

A place has a great potential but needs renovation and regular maintenance

- Location and nature are great. Seaview, trees with fruits, squirrels, cats, dogs and lizards. - Staff is nice and polite and tries to do everything to help you.

- There is no beach in the hotel, only a small swimming pool - This place needs regular maintenance, cleaning and renovation: a) A/C does not work in the GYM b) One of the pools seems not to be working for ages c) Room also needs small repair d) Cleaning and desinsection are necessary e) Shower near the pool is not working - Staff needs training. They are very nice, but many of our requests (that were not essential for us) remained unresponded

Exceptional

Excellent resort with outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a quiet getaway on the beach, and everything was wonderful during my stay at the Nataya Resort. There was a large variety of choices available at the onsite restaurant, and the addition of local dishes for the Khmer New Year was great. All of the meals were excellent! The one thing that really stood out for me was the onsite staff...the customer service was truly outstanding!

As with most non-main roads in Cambodia, the short trek from the main road to the resort was bumpy. Though it was worth it though once you get to the resort!

Very good

Just one night but I would stay again as the Hotel was beautiful and lovely staff.

The Breakfast was great - good variety. The staff were very friendly and the hotel grounds were very neat and tidy. The pool was also a great bonus as you wouldn't swim in the ocean. Rooms were large and clean, with a nice little balcony.

The food at the restaurant was a little on the expensive side. My room door locked but didn't actually close together which allowed for a few bugs to get in.

While the room we stay is beautiful, The facilities are very run down , the toilet in the restaurant is dirty. At the price we paid for USD190, we should be able to expect very clean toilet in the restaurant area. The resort was designed well, but is very poorly maintained.

Cleanliness at the restaurant area and well maintained facilities.

Very good

Wonderful food, comfortable bungalow and bed.

The food at the main restaurant was so delicious, and the staff there was very kind. The bungalows also very traditional and comfortable.

The facilities are a little bit old, the property has enough space to build a bigger pool, the pool water was not so clean. But the staff is very kind, the view is amazing so we can enjoy the sunset. Very big minor for the shower being outdoors, I love the bathroom and would be much better to have an indoors shower room rather than outside.

As always we had a lovely stay. I hope that those 2 factors can be rectified before we book again.

It was good but buffet is always better. Location excellent. Service was excellent. Service with a smile always a good start to the day.

The cats and dog around. The locality may be the cause however there must be a way to stop them begging at the table or even hanging around the rooms. The other is the cars and motorbikes travelling in front of the rooms disturbs the serenity of reading a book on the verandar. A road could be cut out at the little carpark behind the rooms to avoid these cars and service motorbikes traveling in front of the rooms.
