The caretaker and owner are very good. Families can choose this room without any hesitation. Double room attached bathroom. Very clean. Homely atmosphere. No disturbane. Common fridge available. Any way no doubt.. Very excellent. For two persons per room.. Nice

Serves the purpose

we booked the stay for the purpose of freshening up and sleep for couple for hours before we catch flight and it served the purpose very well. The staff is helpful and he tends to every need asap. It is equidistant to airport and Shree Padmanabhaswamy temple (3-4 km). Quite a few options nearby to grab a quick snack. Locality is very good and safe.

I had not problem there on my stay. I expect little more than that.

Rate is very less so it is okey. Room facilities, bed, toilets are average. locations is okey. Stay was not have any problem but not satisfied.

Toilets to be better and clean. Very bad cigarette smell was there is toilets no hot water and it is leaking. Bed to be of good quality. Room is okey good size and neat. Area is also good.

Very good

We dont take any breakfast or any food from there.me and family get a very comfort stay with nandanam. We got ac bed room and very spacious living room together . That make my family especialy kids so comfortable with nanadanam. Next trivandrum we will choose this property again.

i was only going to stay 1 night - end up happily staying 4 nights

western toilet, own bathroom, outside the the room there is a share kitchen there was free top up water and cook or use the kettle & fridge is in perfect working condition so my perishables stayed fresh.. the staff was always accommodating, and very patient with me when i found myself lost a few times ..

bed is firm.. i guess its therapeutic..

Affordable Homestay Near Padmanabhaswamy Temple - Airport - RailwayStation - Bus Stop

Had a Decent 2 Days Stay at Nandanam Homestay. The Homestay is in the Centre of the City with all the major points like Bus Stop - Market - Railway Station - Airport - Padmanabhaswamy Temple nearly 10 - 15 Min away from the Hotel. This is an Old Property with Rooms that are Spacious. The Rooms have Air Condition and Geaser in Bathroom for Hot Water. There is a Dinning Area and 1 Staff Member who can help you in case you need anything. There are Restaurants Nearby within Walkable Distance. You can also Order Food from outside using Swiggy and Zomato. Ola Uber is also easily available. Value for Money as the rooms are reasonably affordable compared to other rooms in that Locality.

Good homestay near Padmanabhaswamy temple

I recently stayed at Nandanam Homestay in Trivandrum for one night and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The homestay is located in a quiet residential area, but still close enough to the city center to easily access all the major attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They were also very helpful in providing me with information about the local area and suggesting things to do during my short stay. The homestay is an old building, but clean, room was of adequate size and air conditioner was perfectly doing it's job as it was hot outside, stayed just for 1 day so can't ask for more. Overall, I had a lovely stay at Nandanam Homestay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Trivandrum, whether it's for a short or long visit. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and for making my stay so enjoyable.

Bathroom was nice and clean, but the bucket was very old, and it looked it wasn't cleaned from many days.
