Very Disappointing

Such a disappointing stay, I would not recommend staying here, the overall atmosphere amounted to expectation of a hostel and not a four star hotel as noted on booking.com. Hotel room itself is very nice and location is very near the tram but thats all I can say positive. The hotel floor I was on, I might as well have been sleeping on a nightclub couch with the noise levels. Had to call reception 3 times to get the party next door stopped at 2.30 am night one. Night two, thankfully the party was a few doors down however still so disruptive and with people up and down corridors until 4 am I felt very unsafe and did not feel like I could complain again because of this. On check out, we were not even asked did we enjoy our stay? ( A basic hospitality question expectation where we would have voiced our disappointment if so).

Unprofessional

The staffs for room cleaning were polite and helpful.

The staffs in reception were not too helpful, the male staff mistakenly arranged a smaller room for me on the first day. I clarified that it shouldnt be that room, he insisted, until I showed him the pictures of my reserved room in your webpage. And the prices of two rooms were obviously different.

Location, Quiet rooms, clean and comfortable

A comfortable chair, besides the bar stools, There was no where to sit, other than on the bed or barstool, not always most comfortable. I appreciate it would be a little crowded though. Bed was not made one day
