A very interesting and unusual hotel with eclectic and over-the-top decor, excellent staff.

We arrived late with a last moment booking but the staff was cordial and found a room for us very quickly. This is a very interesting and unusual hotel with eclectic and over-the-top decor. We had a lovely top-floor room with a view of the lake. The bathroom was recently decorated in faux marble. The bed was comfortable.

The window was not closing properly and the noise from the road was a bit annoying (double glazing would help). The container for teas, coffee and milk had some coffee stains.

Great but might be a tad overpriced

It definitely looks much fancier on pictures than in real life, but still no real complains. The single rooms are perfect if youd rather not stay at a hostel. Location is great. The receptionist was very kind.

No problem parking on site very nice lady on reception check in was good room was good huge bed, room was very clean n comfy, we were given a hotel umbrella as we was going out because of the rain told to keep it untill we leave, reception was great on leaving very helpfull we will be back .

I think for the price breakfast should be included

Overall pleasant experience except for a rude member of staff in the kitchen, he was rude and he was wearing a very dirt

Very central and mostly nice decor.

Great value, convenient location, and friendly staff

They automatically upgraded us to a Deluxe room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a better view. The staff were friendly and let us warm up in the lobby because the weather was unusually rainy and uncomfortable. They even gave us free coffee while we waited!

When we first got to the room, the electric water boiler was dirty, and we asked for a replacement. It took the staff quite a while (over 45 minutes) to replace it for us.
