The room was ok, but there was visible dust on the wallpaper, if you touched the walls, the dust would come off on top of the beds. View was awful and for the money, way too expensive! However, the lounge areas had fires and was comfy.

Only the face of the hotel was old looking like a castle, the actual hotel was like a square block of flats, very misleading.

Exceptional

There was cold at the room and the radiator didn't work but the accommodation exceeded my expectations by bringing us a portable radiator and the room was pleasantly warm afterwards. Thank you so much for that! The staff is kind and the breakfast was tasty. Good location of the hotel.

Beautiful big room. Which is cosy and comes with a beautiful big bed (two singles). I slept well as did my partner. The bathroom is clean and stylish.

Passable

Room was ok, had to bleed the radiator to get it to heat up.

Breakfast room was absolutely freezing, food went cold very quickly. Did mention it to the receptionist, she wasn't interested. Highland hospitality.... Rubbish. I'm ashamed to say it, but I'm a hospitality trainer. Maybe it's time for the hotel to get some training done.

Good place to stay in Fort William

The hotel is near the train station, some grocery stores, and Fort William's High Street. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I appreciate that my bathroom has a bathtub.

The hotel feels a bit dated. The view out of my window was the bland rooftop of the building (rather than something scenic), which was unfortunate.

Chosen for location but a very dated place in dire need of a refurb, would hate to see there in season prices

Unfriendly staff, very dated hotel,shower head in bathroom was very dirty, noisy room right next to lift, budget hotel charging upmarket prices, breakfast was very bland and not worth paying for

Hotel tired view awful after paying for an upgrade

Location was absolutely perfect

We paid for an upgrade and in all honesty could not see how we had ,had an upgrade. The room was small and we were kept awake one night all night with the plumbing, apparently there was a leak I the room upstairs. Poorly handled .
