Staff are really nice and friendly. Pooja from the reception desk was really cheerful and helpful. The location is good...near to Manar Mall and RAK mall ..5 minute walk to the public beach. Area is peaceful and relaxing. Swimming Pool is temperature controlled so the water is really warm even on a cold day.

I think the toilet needs a bit of improvement....he drain of the washbasin in master toilet not working properly. Did not see any carpet mat for praying inside the unit.

Greatly disappointed

Location was good.

I was greatly disappointed with my half board booking since there was no buffet. We had dinner with very limited order and limited list of food. We had dinner at 8pm and my kids were hungry at 11pm due to insufficient food. We went to mall food court and complete our dinner meal. I'm living in UAE from last 18 years and I never experienced like this. We felt very bad to been there from Dubai by skipping many deals. Second thing, my kids age 6yrs and 8 years. As per my booking.com price for 2 kids and couple the total amount we agreed and chosed this hotel. When we check-in, the receptionist said it's free for 6yrs old kid only and I need to pay extra for my 8yr old kid. We were not ready for it and escalated to the duty manager and finally they agreed as per our pre booking rate. I kindly request people to avoid this hotel. There will be no hospitality in this hotel.

The hotel has potential and it would've been great it we could have utilized the kitchen more.

It's airbnb-style setup with a washing machine and a kitchen that was supposedly useful. The beds were nice. Overall it was spacious for all. The service was prompt. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Price was not cheap but it's reasonable for UAE standards.

The kitchen tools and equipment were very low-quality. We could barely use the pots and pans as they were the non-stick kinds that were so badly worn out and scratched. It's just asking for all the PFAS forever chemicals to leach into your food, so no thanks. We hesitatingly used the least scratched pot we could find. The cooking utensils were the plastic ones that were also worn out and melted in various places. The hotel should just invest in stainless steel cooking tools and equipment. Even the cheapest stainless steel pots and pans and cooking tools can outlast the ones they have for many years. The floor seemed quite dirty as when we were walking barefeet in our unit (as is the custom in our homes), our feet got markedly dirty. Almost all the toilet fixtures had some issues with them - showerhead holders were almost falling apart, the WCs kept leaking water no matter what we did, the towel racks might fall sometime soon.
