Only wish we had more time at the Moxy. Central location and awesome garden lobby bar...complete with Kung Fu kickball arcade. Our kids did not want to leave!

Clean and modern in a great location

The location of the hotel is great, short walk from the metro and short walk from Domino Park with superb views of Manhattan and the Williamsburg Bridge. Tons of restaurants around to enjoy great food. The hotel is clean and modern and so are the rooms.

Advertised views are not as great as the pictures are showing. Hotel says they have parking facilities but they just refer you to a parking a few blocks away. Rooms are small and not very well equipped (no fridge and only a tiny trash can in the toilets).

The room is very small, the sink is in the room not in the bathroom, location is bad and has no attractions near it. Also the towels and bed sheets had a really bad smell, I had to change them twice! Overpriced for such bad experience.

Loved the view, room was beautifully clean. Front of house staff were very friendly and pleasant. The place was modern looking and clean.

We were told on our booking from booking.com free breakfast but this was not the case. We had 25 to last for our evening + breakfast for the 2 of us in the morning which we did not realise. There was mention on check in re the rooftop bar that we could visit as we booked for this, which we then found out it was closed when we tried to get up there at the evening time. We went down to breakfast the next morning at 9am. The staff were quite rude, and spoke to us like we were stupid. They told us they weren't doing any breakfast sandwiches that day and shrugged at the fact we werent told regarding the breakfast. They didn't have any oat milk or any other alternative milk. Told us that we just had the 25 to spend and sit at the bar for breakfast. I had to go out and get my own oat milk for a coffee as I am dairy intolerant. And there wasn't much choice at all for breakfast and they basically said there wasn't much left despite it being 9am with breakfast served from 7am-11am
