Very good

Good place for a small family.

Very good location to everything. Very clean and nice furnishings with Christmas decorations. Nice to have a garage. Good view of river through the trees and power lines. The road frontage was noisy but we got used to it. Very nice walkout decks with comfortable furniture. Had a lot of kitchen appliances and dinnerware.

Steep steps, small living room, no dinner table and the oven was difficult to use. The firepit area was extremely small with no privacy.

Exceptional

Hidden gem in the heart of Asheville!

The location was just perfect! We were close to everywhere we wanted to go and everything we wanted to see! It seemed VERY central. The property looked JUST like the pictures, and that isn't always the case! Everything was top notch at the property, and it was obvious that the hosts wanted their guests comfortable and accommodated. I would absolutely recommend this property, and we would certainly stay again!

They need to add a dustpan and a small vacuum cleaner to the property!
