Excellent stay

Loved my stay at Erica. The staff are so kind. I had a terrible 35 hours worth of flying, the manager was kind enough to upgrade me to a private room without the shared living space. She also let me have a later check out as she could see I needed It. It's also a beautiful area by the riverside. Lovely and leafy. Quieter too, but close enough to walk to cafes. Felt very safe with security. Room was clean!

The only down side was not having air conditioning, otherwise it was excellent

Dirty place, has no services at all, no kettle, no wifi,very small size room even you can not move,no receptions,very far dangerous place,bedsheets very dirty, they over charge me more than booking rates

Great to meet new people!

The apartment was big and modern. You share your kitchen and living room with the other roommates, but everyone has their own bathroom attached to the bedroom - the people we met there were very lovely, we made new friends and they even took us along on a night-out (they already stayed in Nairobi for a longer period, so they knew whats safe and what not).

For some reason, the water in our apartment (they own multiple in the complex though) was a bit brownish - one of our roommates told us its been like that for weeks. Some of the staff used our apartments fridge, so sometimes random people just walked in and out of the apartment (no knocking).

Spacious and very comfortable.

We had a difficult time checking in. Reached pretty late at night. The guards asked us to call the manager. Of course we didn't have the local sim. After that, the guards called themselves and there was a back and forth until we managed to check in .

Very helpful and problem solving staff

The staff (James) is so good and so helpful He had unavailability in his apartments and we couldn't stay under our initial reservation because of overbooking and we tried to cancel but it wasn't possible, so we had to make another booking of a different apartment in the same building, and apparently they didn't want small babies in shared spaces, so he helped us find a solution after we had a last minute inconvenience with the other booking in the same building

Spacious, Clean room and friendly, helpful staffs

The whole Apartment is spotless clean,the kitchen fully equipped, the staffs are so helpful and friendly, the room we got was super spacious and the bed is big and very comfortable
