Beds hard, water Luke warm, noisy upstairs footfalls, parking. I really have no idea how this got rated very good.

I loved the value, location, and comfort level. The bed was superb, the location was ideal, and the people who run this place go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome. I've stayed at lots of other places in Morro Bay, and I honestly think this one might be the overall best bang for you buck!

This was a very nice location to stay in Morro Bay.

The location was excellent. It was quick walk to the waterfront. The manager was very pleasant. The room was very clean. We made coffee in the room in the morning.
