I would recommend this place if you can overlook this issue and some other uncomfortable aspects, but it is a bit overpriced for what it offers. If you're seeking luxury, this isn't the place. I genuinely had a good time due to the staff's kindness. Good customer service, especially at the trip's start (e.g., smiling, welcoming, fast check-in, providing hotel info, etc.), significantly enhances the overall experience, and this was my experience here. The atmosphere is fantastic, and everyone seems to be in a vacation and party mood. The staff is nice, welcoming, and helpful, despite the issues in the place, which won't be resolved anytime soon. If I come back here, it would be because of the staff. I feel bad that they have to work in such a dilapidated place. I hope they're well paid. The all-inclusive deal covers three meals, snacks, and unlimited drinks all day, excluding some smoothies and premium alcoholic drinks. The quality of the premium drinks didn't impress me. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10:30. Lunch from 13 to 15 and dinner you can chose to start at 18 or at 19:45. The food variety is vast and delicious. To give you and example, I would be cutting beef steak into pieces put it on a pizza and top that with fries and chicken meat balls then eat that mountain. This is how delicious the food was. Same for desert. Collection of cakes, jelly, ice cream. I would take a piece of cake put a layer of that delicious red jelly on it then top it with a ball of chocolate ice cream and decorate it with caramle sauce and wash down all that deliciousness with a cup of pineapple juice. I was eating into a heart attack for sure. There are shuttle bus takes you to the beach but it only runs 3 or 4 times a day with lots of delays. There is a bus that takes to Puerto de Mogn that runs once a day. There is a shop inside the hotel selling essential stuff like sun cream, tooth paste, slippers, swimming suits, sun glasses, etc.

I stayed at this place for 7 nights, all-inclusive. First of all, this place is carved in the mountain so consider yourself hiking up the mountain in your way back everytime you need to leave the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place for someone who is looking for total relaxation, because of the up hill hike. You will need to worry about renting a car, where to park the car, getting a taxi to take uou up to the hotel, etc. The place is huge, but not in a good way. It's a confusing maze, making it very difficult to locate your room. When you finally do, it involves lots of stairs and often non-functional elevators. The hotel comprises 6 blocks, each with 4 floors, creating a maze where you're easily lost. If your room in 6th block, you will have to take stairs then elevator then walk then stairs then elevator then walk then stairs then elevator then walk. 3 sets of elevators and stairs! If your room in 4th block, you need to do 2 sets of elevators and stairs and so on. There's no WiFi in the rooms or anywhere besides the reception area and some common spaces which is weak signal most of the time. Roaches roam freely. I reported this to a cleaner. I showed her a roache just chilling by the pool. She laughed and said "ahhhh si si la cucaracha" as if he is a long retuning customer then went away proceeding to move things around as if this is normal! I saw some cute cats in the hotel pool area after they closed the area. Maybe those cats are getting rid of the roaches. Hotel needs more cute cats though. Room smelled so bad. The smell hits you once you open the door. It smells like mold and something rotten. I opened the window and stepped outside for 5 minutes before the smell started to be less severe. I had to do this every time I enter the room, otherwise I'd probably vomit. Although the room is spacious, it's cold, as the temperature drops to about 16 degrees Celsius at night in December.

The hotel is located about 40 minutes by taxi from the airport. The taxi cost was 75 euros one way. The hotel is located on the cliff. Therefore, there is nothing around, and there is a small village at the beach (it takes 15 minutes to walk down, or there is a bus service provided a few times a day; however, the last bus backing to the hotel is at 4;45pm - which is a few hours too early. The Beach Club on the beach is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the food is tasty. Sandwiches and pizza are included in your all-inclusive package, as well as soft drinks and alcoholic drinks. Chicken dinner costs around 4 euros. There is no direct walk to neighbouring towns; you must take a bus or taxi - about 15 euros each way. There is no internet Wifi in the rooms except in the reception area, so if you need to work during the holiday, it's very inconvenient. Rooms and bathrooms need to be updated; there is lots of walking involved in this hotel, and there are lots of broken tiles, so be careful walking there. - the common facilities should be renovated straightaway. Food in the hotel is average; there is a good selection of food, but at 3-star standards.
