Great hotel for a stopover in Jeddah!

The staff was quite welcoming and friendly. Especially Mr. Alzahrany was friendly and so kind to assist me with arranging my transportation back to the airport.

It seemed as if the rooms needed a deep cleaning. Since there were carpets everywhere, a deep cleanse would have been nice.

very friendly, helpful and attentive staff

the staff had to solve problems that the hotel made for itself (throttled internet in my case) initially i had a room with a connecting door, where a couple was having fun, agreed to take a smaller room to have less noise
