The general location is good but the hotel is located on one of the off-streets and the surrounding is very dirty.

Special thanks to Sahar receptionist, she was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. This is not my first time staying in Metropolitan and sure it will be my choice for my coming trip to Istanbul.

Location is near to taksim .Staff are very helpfull and nice .Sahar at the front desk is the best she tried everything to make me and family feel comfortable in any needs . would like to stay there again next time

Towels need to be re-new a bit old.
