DISGUSTING,DISMAL,DISAPPOINTING, DONT STAY HERE

Disgusting , Dismal and disappointing.

The place wasnt clean , there was a lot of dirt around the house .The sheets werent clean , the beds werent made correctly and there were stains and marks all over the walls. Absolutely appalling which is a shame because the property it self is relatively new its just extremely poorly cleaned and unhygienic.

Disappointing

Thankful we had somewhere to stay, but the neighbours parked in our car park, they were swearing and loud and the place

It was so dirty The main bathroom showerhead was the size of a 50c coin and sprayed that width Food under coffee table upon arrival Toaster not working Food behind couch (spaghetti pasta) Cotton buds and tissue inside shelf in lounge Dirty oven Broken oven (glass) Cockroaches everywhere Dirty dishes upon arrival Dirty kitchen chairs (stained and grime) I have much more photos but I could only share what I did. And they were the dirty stuff

Disappointing

Unfortunately it is not a place I would recommend for anyone to stay.

Location is near the local train station.

Upon checking in, the entire apartment smelt like bleach. Floor was dirty, side bed tables had paint marks, white powder & something sticky that was left there that I myself had to wipe down. Couch in the lounge room was terribly dirty and I didnt dare to sit on it. The whole apartment was terrible dirty. I thought with the smell of the bleach it would be clean but it wasnt, massive headache the night due to strong smell of the cleaning products used. The pillows on the couch need to thrown out as they are dirty and old.

Disgusting

Instructions seemed straight forward until we go to the property. The security gates were difficult to use as some didn't work at all, the codes didn't work the first time or sometimes at all and there was too many codes. The property was infested with cockroaches and degusting. The towels were like cardboard. The property was not professional cleaned or up to standard! The parking is not for big cars. If the property was cleaned up and fumigated, it could potently be a nice place to stay.

HORRIBLE. UNCOMFORTABLE.

The cleanliness was absolutely disgusting, I have photo proof of the black shower floor, shaving clippings in the bathroom sink, poo marks on the toilet, tooth paste marks on bathroom mirror, hand marks on bedroom mirror, dust on floor in bedroom, dirty oven. It was most definitely one of the most horrible experiences Ive had by far. I was scheduled to stay 3 nights. I stayed 1 and left the next day, after I had complained about the un cleanliness and they had come back to clean the areas above which were no better after being cleaned I left. I requested a refund but havent heard anything about it? Could you please proceed/process this refund. Thank you

Worst place ever, don't stay here

There was nothing to like. I booked it for my father to stay, I went with him to check it out and the whole apartment was filthy

The apartment was absolutely disgusting. Nothing had been wiped down or even looked like it had been cleaned, there were still handprints on the TV from children, the dining table was still dirty, the door handles looked like they had never been cleaned, there was mould in the bathroom. Honestly I could go on, it was far beyond perfect or even decent for that matter. My father had to clean it himself to make it atleast feel clean. Very disappointing
