it was a nice experience at Paris

Friendy staff and very lovely hotel.Thanks again

the rooms were very clean but the fact that air conditioner did not work and the heat was on with out having a control on it maybe technical problem, we had a head ache at room i am sure if we asked for a an other room they were there to change our room.We were very happy of our holidays in Paris, Thank you.

Location was good. Could easly walk to city center, also metro near by. Bed was comfortable, many pillows.

No Windows to open in the room. Couldnt get fresh air. And air conditioner wasnt working only warm air. Rooms were not so modern. Need some refreshment. Price for the night was too high.

Excellent stay and friendly staff especially Ms Ocean who helped check out and departure to airport.

Very nice staff and convenient check in and check out hassle free. The property was clean and spacious twin room for the family.

Very outdated room (old carpet, old furniture, no shower but a bath with a shower curtain, no soundproof door...) Not at all at the level of a 4 stars hotel

We didn't really like the shower-in-the-bathtub experience. The room felt very old.
