Lovely neighborhood with some transit nearby but not super connected. Bed and bathroom were comfy!

Room and bathroom were great. Appreciated the free bottled water each day. The view from my room was also lovely

The coffee in the room could be improved with a small coffee machine, rather than instant coffee. Important to know that there is also no gym facilty at the hotel.

Very good

The room is clean and spacious with good soundproofing. The wifi is stable.

The desk and chair in the room are not good enough if you need to work with a laptop. During my stay, there were two false fire alarm in the morning.

Amazing - had the most perfect birthday & anniversary!

Pretty much everything was perfect for our stay - great location (we like walking so was nice to have 40 mins into the center to see all the streets), close by to Basilica which is just amazing! Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Especially Ben - he helped us get our taxi's most days and spoke very good English. Also the lady who served us on the bar in the evening - she made our experience!

The only thing I will say is the rooms were very warm and the air conditioning wasn't the best

Enjoyed the stay, staff were supportive and helpful. Hotel location is convenient for bars/cafes etc.

Functional and good location.

The hotel bar charges are excessive.

Hotel was in a great location, close to many nice restaurants, shops, few metro stops a short walk away. The room was nice and clean, very comfy and quiet.
