Nice stay but wouldnt stay again

Okay hotel in a nice location and very nice staff. Staff was extremely helpful.

Breakfast was very poor. Would expect more for a 5* hotel in Brazil

Superb

Comfortable and conveniently located

Strategically located next to metro and on Ave Paulista. Sufficient lifts to accommodate high levels at all time. Comfortable bed and super large room. Very good spread choice of breakfast as well.

Need to change access charge everyday as it does. It work.

Great hotel for short stay

Facilities i.e. gym and pool were really nice and modern and breakfast was renewed every day with big variety and was also delicious . The staff was very helpful and kind as well.

Rooms are a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel and its facilities. It was getting particularly warm at night and we had to constantly leave the windows open, as it felt that the air flow inside the room was not great. Nevertheless we only stayed two nights which is fine.

The staff were lovely and helpful and the location was great.

The hotel bathroom is outdated and needs an upgrade. The drains smell unpleasant. We had to move rooms because our bathroom was dirty when we checked in to our room. The breakfast could have a better variety.

POS terminals at hotel dont work with cards for payment; Room Key cards block in elevators, had to change 3 times. Black mold on ceiling in shower cabin.

I am sure there are better places to stay in Sao Paulo.

The hotel is well located for business purposes and is right next to a Metro station.

The breakfast and restaurant is small and the food unimpressive. The room was not clean (either chocolate or something similar looking on the floor and glitter on the bed). The room was spacious and well appointed, but really tired furniture after years of use - badly in need of a renovation. Lifts are slow (especially if like me you are on a high floor).
