The Mayang Sari Beach Resort is highly recommended for a relaxing weekend getaway. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with amenities. The resort offers a beautiful private beach and a range (Read More)of water sports activities. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is good. The only drawback is that prices at the resort's mart are much higher than outside markets. Overall, the resort provides a great experience for privacy and relaxation.

Disappointing

Very average, impersonal at obscene prices

- beautiful beach (just a lot of trash) - 2 of the staff were great, the rest didnt really care - rooms are new, nice and spacious

Everything is charged, quality of the food is a joke and prices are just obscene. 10+ SGD for a Bintan, 30SGD for a main and 8SGD for a real bad cup of coffee its seriously a scam. You can only go to the resort f&b and its all as bad.

A good place for a short getaway but have to be mindful of the period traveling due to heavy rain.

The hotel room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, they are very attentive to our needs.

Pillows in the room are very uncomfortable and hard which makes it difficult to sleep. Prices charged at the resort is too expensive (e.g. 1 can of coke zero purchased at Spice cost $7 SGD, transport rental to Tanjong Uban cost $95 for 4 hours.)

Relaxing weekend

closeness to the beach, silence and only the sound of waves. shuttles between other parts of the complex make choice of dining facilities much wider.

The chalets were great. Close to the beach. The beach was well-maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Very good value for money. Beautiful location on a beautiful beach. Food at the Nirwana hotel is very average and expens

Situated on a beautiful beach with clear water and soft sand. Staff are friends and breakfast is good.

We paid 60 Singapore dollars for a medium vegetarian pizza and two cocktails - which tasted like they had no alcohol in them.

Overall not worth the money we spent.

The staff in general is friendly and the location of the beach facing villas is quiet.

1. There are a lot of mosquitoes which makes the stay extremely uncomfortable. No matter where you are, walking along the beach or simply sitting in front of your villa, you will donate some of your blood to mosquitoes. 2. The shuttle bus is a joke. It is claimed to be every half an hour but for us it never came for the timing when we were waiting. Complained to the reception later and the shuttle bus driver even lied that he was there with a smaller car, not the bus. I am sure I didnt see any car at the time while waiting!

Excellent location to beach, just steps to the beach

Shuttle bus was infrequent during g weekdays. No information was communicated to guests upon check in. Nirwana still needs more work opening up for visitors post covid
