Everything worked out, but, there was a hassle in getting checked in and settled into my unit.

Did not have breakfast, location was good.

Upon arrival, the room I requested was not granted to me because even though I'm a Wyndham owner, I did not use points to reserve space. I was treated as a rental guest, assigned a room around the back of the area (which I wasn't happy with). Upon arrival I was also assigned a unit which wasn't ready, was advised the room would be ready shortly (no time given) and later advised the room would not be ready for 2 hours. This was all not good for me, as I had driven in traffic for 3 hours, exhausted and simply wanted to settle into my room. Basically, this visit to Governor Greens was 1 of my worst visits there.

Very relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable.

Condo vs staying in a hotel. Loved being able to walk the grounds. Liked that the grounds had a guard house for entrance.

% 1/2 hr car trip and 20 minutes before we arrive Booking.com sends us an email apologizing.

Booking.com over booked us. We made these reservations 2 months in advance and Booking.com still over booked us! On top of that they tried to talk us into a time share. Don't use booking.com

The hospitality from arrival to check out was top notch. Thank you!

This was by far my best experience with Wyndham! It is a beautiful resort.

My only complaint is there were no wash cloths in my suite however when I called the front desk they were delivered in ten minutes. So I can't really complain. We had a good experience!

Our group of 4 life long friends thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

beautiful location easy access to everything

exterior could have been cleaner. for example, the railings on our patio were dirty. Our furniture was dusty. In spite of that, the condo was very nice. The beds were super comfy. the pools and hot tubs were great. Our favorite was the fire pit-so peaceful and a great way to end the evening.

The staff were professional, polite, and positive! They made us feel extremely welcome. The grounds were well manicured. We began and completed each day watching the deer grace through the grass. The rooms were a perfect fit for a family of 4. Centrally located to all the historical towns. Quiet and safe!

The mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Wonderful room, don't like timeshare meetings.

Lots of room, very comfortable beds, beautifully laid out

Found that the door to the main bedroom had something on it that was not cleaned off, a little concerning. A few broken/loose tiles in the kitchen. These didn't bother me but was afraid we would be blamed for them and they keep the security deposit, which is charged to a credit card at the beginning of your stay. I did not like the pressure of meeting with someone concerning a timeshare/vacation club. I did not know any better when I booked this through Booking.com, and I do not like to be put in situations like that during my vacation time.
