Superb

Im pleased with the customer service and will return if I come back to the area.

The manager was excellent in helping us with our requested accommodation.

The elevator broke down, however staff was helpful and very friendly.

I will not be staying again

Breakfast was excellent

It shouldve been clear that it was necessary to inform desk if you wanted maid service. Although lady at desk was super nice on phone and at check in, I had to wait at desk for help over 15 minutes twice. She shouldve told us at checkin about requesting maid service - or place a notice in the room!!!

Comfortable and clean, breakfast could be better.

The location was very convenient. The price was fair. Although the breakfast food wasnt very good, the workers were very friendly and helpful.

There are two elevators neither of which sounded very safe, the breakfast was not very good. The tv was not a smart tv so you couldnt stream anything.

Disappointing

My stay was not at all what I expected.

Breakfast. The room was quiet and relatively clean. The location was convenient to the things we wanted to do.

The hotel was old and not up to the standard of other Hampton Inns where I have stayed. The room was very small. There was only one chair. The shower was awful.

The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had a nice vanity and pillows were great!

Breakfast was great and i appreciated the fact it was easy for my 7yr old to access it herself

We couldnt work the coffee pot in room

It was very comfortable.

Overall the facility was great.

The desk attendant upon check-in changed my discounted reservation rate and actually said she was changing it because everyone likes to save a little money. It increased our prices by $20+. After thinking about what happened we confronted her and she refunded the amount.
