We were disappointed. Given the price we paid, the room should have been updated.

The staff were friendly. The location was perfect.

The room was very tired. Washroom was in need of a major restoration. The TV didn't work most of the time we were in the room mornings and evenings.

Great staff and good size rooms. Nice shared amenities.

Compared to other Marriott's in the city, I found the beds and bedding to be much less comfortable than other locations. There was also no tissue in the bathroom, which was much smaller than other locations as well.

Excellent quality and service

Really helpful, friendly staff. The room was clean and exactly as described on the website. Really comfortable bed. Perfect location for many attractions such as Empire State Building and Times Square. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Good start to our trip.

Really good location for exploring NY. Breakfast caf in lounge area was good value for money. The rooftop bar area was lovely and had a view of the Empire State Building.

Drinks at rooftop bar were expensive. Breakfast caf service was understaffed, so there were always queues. Bed was uncomfortable for us.

Probably a good value for NYC.

Location, staff and security were the best features.

The tray on the mirror above the bathroom sink protruded too far. It was impossible to wash your face without bumping your head. Coffee shop offerings were very limited. The hotel had a tired appearance.

Superb

Great stay, great location

Modern facilities, great toiletries selection, everything you need in the (semi-small but fair for NYC) room and comfortable bed - wonderful to wake up to the view of the Empire State Building. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially the door staff, always so kind. Loved the rooftop bar.

Cant point to much - price was high but that was due to UNGA78, so we were all paying the price of all of us traveling in for the event(s)!
