Very adequate overall - good location - but small bed

The location was good and handy to many things; we had a car anyway. Adequate facilities in the room. The organic cafe on Level 1 was very good to have; right next to the pool.

The size of the bed was a real let down. It wasn't that comfortable either. It was what it stated for the room as a large double but we would have enjoyed a larger sized bed; this was about the only disappointing thing about the space. A pity they couldn't put in a queen size at least; this would have made it a lot better. I would not go for a double or even their large double bed again when staying somewhere. The hours of reception availability was limited. We were looking forward to a warm welcome but staff had left the counter when we arrived in regular hours. We had also requested months beforehand when we booked, for a room that showed even a glimpse of the water (just as the photos of this room showed on the website) and they said they would try and accomodate but we did not get this which was disappointing considering the many months in advance we had booked. ahead.

Nice family apartment in good location

Having indoor and outdoor pool was great. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Bathroom had a few issues including incorrect size/style of toilet seat and lid compared to bowl; and wobbly tap in basin.

Ideal home base. Comfortable walk to everything, and beautiful on-site facilities.

Really well located - stroll to beach and many eating options. Very close to tram stop if youd prefer not to walk. Property was beautifully maintained and our apartment was comfortable and quiet. Lovely brunch at the poolside cafe.

Nothing! Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Very good

In a quiet location with well maintained facilities and friendly staff. Very spacious for a one bedroom apartment and a large balcony. Also loved the rooftop - would definitely stay here again.

Fan and light didnt work in the bedroom.

The location, close to local shops.

I didnt like the smell coming from the hallway I didnt like how every time you bring a guest over you would get a call straight away and question you why there coming over. Overall wouldnt recommend for that type of money, will not be coming back.
