The Marina Byblos Hotel received positive reviews for its friendly and helpful staff, particularly Ms. Su at the Nell Gwynne pub. Guests enjoyed the spacious rooms, location, and service, as well as (Read More)the rooftop pool. However, there were some negatives such as loud music from the nightclubs, the need to request bathrobes and slippers, and finding a cockroach in the bathroom. The Captain's Table restaurant was praised for its delicious food and excellent service from staff members like Raquel.

The value for money balance wasn't correct. I would never recommend this hotel.

The view on the marina was perfect. We had trouble with the air conditioning in the room (to cold) and the only solution provided was to turn of the air conditioning which resulted in no ventilation of the room. The breakfast was not good at all. It was hard to find something realy good to eat and drink. The hotel was expensive for the service we got.

Breakfast was terrible. The Captain's bar was very strange and very very noisy. I would never recommend this hotel because the value for money isn't correct. The swimming pool was closed for 2 days 30/12 and 31/12 because of the preparation of the New Years banquet but this was never mentioned on the booking site. We had to go to the beach to sit in the sun and pay additional for the provided sunbeds. The shuttle to the beach didn't go on Sundays.

Fridge not working : maintenance the fridge was not plugged to the energy Hairdryer in both rooms not working !!! (Suite) After maintenance the hairdryer worked but we had to leave so hmmm not good

Great location, very friendly team, great service!

I booked this hotel for my family friends. We had amazing and very friendly treatment. Hospitable staff, manager of the hotel greeted us and offered an upgrade. Beautiful decorations, great facilities! And great location in Marina. Thanks to the team of the hotel, we had an amazing stay! Will definitely come back
