Superb

Very nice and comfortable place to stay in Bologna

The location is fantastic, we could walk from Bologna Centrale to the apartment. There are fantastic bars nearby and many attractions are also close. The room was very nice and clean, we just stayed for one day but it could be suitable for a couple more nights.

The bathroom desigh is nice.

I did not have breakfast. The warm water was limitted, I was forced to rinse my hair with cold water, horrible! The sockets next to the bed are not compatible with the plug required for a laptop used in Europe, and no possibility to adjust the temperature in the room.

Great stay, but terrible pre check-in

Room was great it was located in the center of the city which makes it a slightly sketchy location at night but the room was clean and had bank vault type locks on the door! Never seen anything like that before but it was reassuring.

Check in was at 3:00 we showed up at the office a few minutes early and rang the bell and knocked on the door. A woman, not the one that ended up checking us in, came running to the glass store pointing at a small typewritten page pasted in the window while screaming 3:00! check in at 3:00!! Read paper! So my guess is that even though this was a glass fronted office right on the street that somebody lives there and they get tired of people ringing the bell and tapping on the glass before the woman that actually checks you in gets there... Anyhow to say it was abrupt and rude is an understatement... The actual woman that checks you in after 3:00 was very nice.

The room was tidy.

1. The room was very dusty. We were coughing all night and felt suffocated. Not sure if it was mold or dust but it make us very sick the whole day and made sleeping difficult. 2. Check in staff was very rude with us. There were 3 different addresses and there no clarity at arrival. As we were running to arrive to the hotel and were very panicked and delayed to check in they told us if you come you sleep, and if you dont come you dont sleep. They refused to be patient as we were trying to find the address of the accommodation and made the experience very stressful.

I had a pleasant stay! Recommend!

Location was super! Very easy to get everywhere. Public transport is nearby. Room was nice (with a balcony! :) and comfortable. Very suitable for traveling alone. Apartment also offered at arrival free airport taxi! Super comfortable service!

The walls and the corridor door are not soundproof, every word from the next apartment and the corridor can be heard in the room. Please use noise-absorbing carpets :) The lighting of the corridor has a motion sensor that does not reach the doors of the last apartments, therefore the light at the last apartments doors does not work automatically and the corridor is dark. The light also goes out too quickly in the corridor. The corridor security door should be self-locking from the inside, because the door was often open.

The location was very good.

They didnt offer small towel. Just a big one for the shower. I didnt like that they ask you for money to keep your luggage at their check-in office. Since the check-in is late 3pm and the check out 10am. They could put at least a kettle for water to have some tea or an instant coffee. Also, they could have 2 bottles of water in the room for their guests. They didnt have Not even a plastic cup for the water. The central heating is making a bad noise and you cant sleep in the night because of that. The mini fridge is also something wrong with. I woke up in the middle of the night to unplug it because of the noise that it made it. And thats all But the location was very good.
