Staff Extremely Disrespectful and House doesnt look like the pictures

Honestly the only good thing about this property is its proximity to the beach but the house is abandoned.

First, the AC was broken and you could tell that it hadnt been working for a long time because the house was super hot and moisty. Well we called the company over 10 times and the last thing they told me was to go to Walmart and buy fans and that they would refund me the fans money. I couldnt believe how disrespectful this people were after we payed over $300 a night to stay in that house. We had to sleep without AC the first night, unbelievable. The next day a representative came and his attitude was incredible to the point he told us that he couldnt do anything for us since it was sunday and that things in houses break. Another disrespectful agent we had to deal with the second day out of three of our vacation. The AC was dripping water to our cars and we had to take the cars out of the garage. The house was overall old and abandoned. The chairs that are in the pictures in the back yard are not there and instead they have a some old chairs with mold in them. The front of the houses paint is chipped out. Its just bad overall. DO NOT BOOK this house or with VACASA.com overall because they were the people we had to deal with.

Location was fantastic! Having our own private pool was a plus. Grill was new. House was stocked well with all things needed for a week long stay. Would have liked to have chaise lounge chairs on the patio per what the photo showed but only patio chairs were provided. Would stay here again.

See above about chaise lounge chairs. Also the pool needs to have a better filtering system to keep the tiny bugs off the water.
