Location is excellent. We will use again.

Lack of a dryer and no spare linen meant we had to use the same bath and bed linen for eight days.

Location was excellent. Apartment was well set out, and had almost everything we needed

No spare towels available or towels for pool use. clothes dryer listed in the facilities was not there, Luckily there was a laundromat nearby. No tea towels/paper towel Found the information folder on the last day, but had already worked out how to use appliances. Building a little tricky to find initially.

Great value deal fantastic location close to Southern cross station and flagstaff gardens as well as Melbourne's Central shopping districts. In roselane there were many opportunities to eat and drink different cuisines mainly Asian. Also coffee shops and bubble tea close by. An Asian grocer and bottle shop also in very very close proximity. The room and apartment were very comfortable spacious great for single or couple excellent heating and the TV selection had lots of choice including YouTube and Netflix Wi-Fi was also very satisfactory. The kitchen had very good stovetop and cooking utensils. It was easy to buy nearby and cook simply at home which saved bucks There was an adequate gym and a shared courtyard with the other towers in the complex there was a swimming pool which was very heated. Pick up of keys was clear and staff there were helpful you can leave your baggage there for a fee if arriving early. Check out was very easy just leaving keys on the table and snap a photo.

There was little flexibility on check-in I was not notified that you can leave your baggage at the key pick up office which would have been convenient. Instead I was offered booking an extra night add extra cost. I found luggage drop at Southern cross station which was somewhat inconvenient and limited availability.

bed and pillows uncomfortable only information by text but lacked detail such as where the pool is located - its surprisingly on Level 5 but no signage. pool good size but why isnt it heated?

Good location. Spacious clean and comfortable apartment.

Could have had more basic essentials such as salt and pepper, cooking oil. Also needed more toilet roll and there was hardly any dishwasher powder.

All in all, good but could be lots better.

Nice, easy to manage flat

Public areas in the building are tired, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, no facecloths, lack of plug points, squeaky chairs, key pick up, very overlooked. A few small things could improve this offering

Overall the stay was good, the unit is very accessible to different modes of transport.

The host for this property responded promptly to my queries. The keys were easy to get to and they provided a map however for a tourist the map was a little confusing as the color used for Lonsdale was grey text on white so it was quite hard to see that, other than that asking directions was easier and Google Maps.

the unit has a limited number of accessible power outlets for someone bringing a portable computer. An extension cord with outlets would be appreciated. I was not sure if this could be requested but would be better if there was already one in the unit. :)

centrally located and very close to southern cross station

The filthy, stained couch was really off putting. There was no information on hand about the WiFi, fitness centre, TV, washing machine or check out process so we had to keep sending SMSs with questions. Even though our ETA was requested and provided, the phone call to get the key went into voicemail - not a good first impression
