The property needs some touch up for the cost of the rooms we paid. Staff needs to be trained.

The nature part - beach, sea and snorkeling was ok. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful, however not all sadly. The help with our luggages to immigration was very helpful!

Staff wasn't very good this time especially at breakfast, always getting our orders wrong and didn't give us information that we have to place our order at the counter. My daughter had to wait a while until someone told her that she has to place order at the counter. However, when my husband (white Caucasian) sat down at breakfast table, the staff came to take his order- we as Asians felt discriminated. The bathrooms and beach chairs are all worn out and looking old. The houskeeping was also not done or not managed properly. By the time they want to clean our rooms, we need the room. For us staying 7 nights, I would have thought that check in staff would have paid more attention to give us better or nearer rooms to the beach but no.

Paradise!

Really great hotel in the perfect location, right on Pattaya beach. Great breakfast included and lovely staff.

The rooms were a little bit dated but nothing to really complain about.

Overall it was ok. We enjoyed our time at the resort

The location was perfect. Smacked right in front of Pattaya Beach and the surrounding landscape was beautiful.

The hotel could have provided tea coffee making facility in the room, instead of making us walk to the bar outside each time we need hot water or coffee/tea. Many big mosquitos around. Would be good if the hotel could provide mosquito coil or mosquito repellant in the room.

We would like to come once again to Koh Lipe, lovely people, clean beach and fresh air.

beach is clean and love it. Could add banana boat/motor boat breakfast, limited variety. Could have BBQ night (once/twice a week) location, good but at night after 7.30pm no activity. Its not happening as the Monkey Bar

The toilet not clean. Request the cleaner to clean but they didn't do a good job. Room D6, toilet horse hand bar broken (the pressing bar not in function). Maintenance team not able to step in. We had mosquito visitor, we request for mosquito coil, was not provided.
